SHIPPING COSTS

All prices of our objects do not include delivery (freight costs vary depending on the ordered item and location and will be calculated at checkout. ).

All other objects apart from our furniture the shipping costs fall as follows,

EU orders 9.50€ - 35.00€

United States of America 35.00 - 55.00€
Please contact us if your country is not listed and we
will make it possible for our items to arrive safely at your home. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Additional custom duty taxes are billed separately by the courier.


ORDER TRACKING

You will receive an email with all the information as soon as your order is ready to be shipped.

 

SHIPPING TIME

For handmade furniture pieces: We will start production as soon as we receive the full payment of your order, the lead time varies and is described on the product page of the selected object under the AD TO CART button.

For ceramics & artworks: you can check the availability of all products directly in our web-shop. From the time you place your order, the lead time is 2-3 business days in Europe and 5-12 business days in the USA.


RETURN

Unfortunately, since all of our pieces are custom and handmade, we cannot accept returns or offer exchanges. All sales are final.
